- I've been with Area Pro Realty from the beginning and previously with Volkin Management. The virtual environment is a welcome relief from Mon morning meetings and real estate office politics. The model is designed for the benefit of both broker and agents, with brokers receiving a consistent monthly income and agents keeping a high % of earned income. Independent agents will thrive in this welcoming high tech virtual environment.

Ingenious Business Model
- From the material I have read it sounds like the Area Pro business model provides an ingenious, seamless program to bring real estate up to date with technology. In the day of instant information with iPhones, Blackberry’s and WiFi surrounding our daily lives, it is unbelievable that, until Area Pro, the real estate industry refused to break free from its’ dinosaur mold – a paper pushing process with inefficient transmission of information and reliance on 20th century technology such as the fax machine. Finally, the real estate world meets the ever demanding time constraints of brokers, agents, and most importantly consumers!

- Things change, and the internet is now the primary method for searching for homes. I disliked the huge expensive real estate offices of the past and it slowed down the process. This makes sense.
