The sheet also compares payments at different interest rates, and produces an amortization schedule for the life of the loan. They're tabbed sheets, like we're used to in MS Excel, and the color shading makes them look really professionally produced. If you just want a simple sheet comparing two or more loans at different interest rates or over different time frames, there's a template for that as well.
There are a number of templates in Numbers, for everything from a running schedule to expense report or an invoice. So, it's well worth the $9.99 cost for this app.
