If your state allows choices as to how you wish to represent clients, make sure that your associates are clear as to which your brokerage will adopt. If agency is optional, be clear as to when it is allowed. The example section lets the associate know that "agency" must be run by the broker first, as the example state allows status as a "Transaction Broker."
