1. Drag to Match: You click and hold on a field in the left window and drag it to a position next to the field where you want it in Outlook.
2. Task goes to Subject: In Outlook, the transaction task description is the Subject.
3. Contract Date to Due Date: Remember that in our spreadsheet the due dates all fell under the column top cell that said "Contract Date-->". So drag that over next to Due Date in Outlook.
4. Transaction to Category: Our transaction name is "Jones to Smith" and we want all our tasks for this transaction to group together somewhere in Outlook. By using the "Category" field, we can make this happen. Note you'll have to scroll down on the right to find it.
5. Client? to Role: For the Client? "Yes" or "No" field, we need to select a field that you don't use in Outlook Tasks. I never use "Role" so that's where I put it.
6. Agent to ????(Notes): I never use agent, as it's always me, but if you need to, select another field in Outlook that you do not use to map it to. Notes might work for some.
After you've done this, Click "OK" and "Finish" and you should have a successful tasks import!
