Tech & Your Real Estate Virtual Assistant

They should make it easy and fast for you to communicate & share information.

A real estate virtual assistant is an online virtual office staff member. It shouldn't take you significantly more time to communicate with them or to share documents and files with them than it would with an in-house person.

Before interviewing a virtual assistant, write down all the functions you anticipate them doing for you and the type of information, documents or files that would have to be shared between you. Then ask them to show you how each of these items would be transmitted from you to them and the reverse. If you're jumping through complicated computer/software hoops to share info, then the relationship won't be efficient for you.
