Real Estate Contact Management Customization for Outlook 2003
Building custom fields and pages in Outlook to manage contacts and prospects.

We'll learn how to build custom fields for real estate prospect and contact management in Outlook 2003. Pages can be added to the basic Contacts View for Buyer and Seller prospects. The seller prospect page can be further customized to add listing details if the prospect becomes a listing client.

In this first tutorial, we'll learn how to add a page for Buyer prospect info and a field to store the the type of property in which the buyer is interested.

We want a field to select the type of property the buyer desires.We'll set up the field to drop down our selections.We'll name the field Property Type 1Here we enter the property types that we have in our area.
Click on the dropdown arrow of the field to see the results.Here we want to drag out a text label box to put a name above the field.We'll place the label "Property Type 1" in this label box.We can enter our name for the field and change or bold the font.
