Here we want to set up the field to provide us with the selections for property types so that we can just choose one from a Dropdown menu, rather than type it in each time. This assures that searches later will always yield the results we want, as the selection "condo" will always be that, rather than "codno" or "condominium".
Right click on the edge of the box and choose the Properties option.
