Separated by commas, enter the types of properties for your market area next to "Possible Values". You can enter any number of them, and they'll show up in the dropdown for selection.
Note the "Set the initial value of this field to:" box. If you check it, and enter one of the property types in the box below it, that will become the default value.
Click the OK button to complete the field.
