I can't remember where I first saw Heap WBP Systems, but it was a good find. In the real estate business, we track a lot of information about a lot of prospects, contacts and customers. And this really is a simple system...once you learn it. I had some frustration with their help documentation and instructions, as they obviously are true geniuses at databases and business. However, they could explain it a little easier to us normal people.
That said, I am very impressed and will continue to use the service for the foreseeable future. At $9 per month, you get a lot of flexibility and power. I've hit the features above, and the fact is that I find the abilities to get information into the system, locate it, and get it out are all very handy. The great value to Realtors is in the follow-up systems. You can create numerous "Event Templates." These are a series of events which you want to occur at pre-set intervals. This includes reminding you to email or call a prospect or customer, as well as email templates for fully automated drip email campaigns. Once a new lead or customer is entered, you can activate one or more of the templates and all the prompts, events and automated emails will be placed in the calendar. When the system sends out an automated email, it is checked off as complete.
