Near the front entry, but not blocking it, have color brochures, financing information, home operational literature, sold comparables, utility costs, survey plats or any other information that prospective buyers might want.

Make your take-away literature complete and something that will prompt their memory at the end of a tiring day of looking at perhaps dozens of homes.
