Again, don't assume. Ask your seller clients what you did right and wrong in their listing and transaction. Don't be afraid of criticism, just improve with the knowledge.
Properly serving real estate clients will bring great rewards in the future for your business. The 80/20 rule would probably be close here. 20% of agents will probably have 80% of those "Definitely" responses. That would go with the old standby that "20% of agents have 80% of the business."
