Once you've fostered good feelings from your site visitor because you've provided lots of free and valuable information, you have more credibility when you offer more extensive information via email if they will give you their name and email address.

Make these reports of such interest that your site visitors will provide their valuable email address in return. We're not talking about a report of how much value there is in a kitchen remodel. Develop reports exclusive to your market area and special considerations when buying or selling real estate there.
