Getting More Focused Real Estate PPC Clicks with Phrase Matching

When a keyword phrase is selected and entered as yourtown real estate, your ad will be displayed when those words are in a search request in any order and with words in between.

Perhaps the greatest benefit of Internet Pay-Per-Click advertising is our ability to target our prospects and pay only for the exposure we want. You can improve on this by placing quotation marks around the search phrases you set up, as in "yourtown real estate". This will cause your ad to show ONLY when that phrase is entered just that way in that order. Google's explanation of matching options here.

The remainder of the account setup process consists of the usual username/password elections, etc. You are not spending money until you complete setting up the account and activate it with a credit card. Even then, if you choose to pause your campaign ad, you'll not be spending money until you resume it for exposure. Flash Video of actual search page display of sample ad
