Real Estate PPC Keyword Selection in Adwords®

Moving from our real estate ppc ad design, we now select the keyword phrase(s) that we want to target with this ad. Remember that we chose a keyword phrase to highlight in our ad headline and description, so that's what we need to use here.

Though Google suggests many related keywords to the right of the entry box, the best strategy is to not add in a bunch of them that aren't very close to the phrase we used in the ad. It's easy, but they won't be as effective, as the bolded phrase in the ad will draw more clicks if it is close to or exactly as they entered their search phrase. If there are other good words/phrases here, write them down and make ads just for them. This strategy will increase your CTR (click through ratio) and thus be rewarded by Google.
