Though Google suggests many related keywords to the right of the entry box, the best strategy is to not add in a bunch of them that aren't very close to the phrase we used in the ad. It's easy, but they won't be as effective, as the bolded phrase in the ad will draw more clicks if it is close to or exactly as they entered their search phrase. If there are other good words/phrases here, write them down and make ads just for them. This strategy will increase your CTR (click through ratio) and thus be rewarded by Google.
