1. Go to http://adwords.google.com and click on the "Start Now" button.
2. Choose a "Standard Edition" account, as we'll want the ability to set up "ad campaigns" later.
3. Next, most choose only the default "English" language option and the default "Countries and territories" choice.
4. United States is default, plus using English, we might want to add in Australia, Great Britain, etc.
