Meet With the Applicants - Don't Farm Out This Task

You’re busy and you have things to do. That’s one of the benefits of having an agent work through the applicant process, or perhaps having a contractor take the application from folks who happen to stop by while they’re working on the property. But the busier you are the more important it is for you to meet the applicants face to face. Believe me, getting the right person into your property now will save you a lot of time later on. Don’t leave it to your agent to make the final decision. Get involved.
