You can certainly be like many real estate professionals and be a "jack of all trades."  The rest of that quote is "master of none."  In some areas, especially small rural locations, it may be necessary to spread your business focus to accommodate all types of properties and clients.

However, if you are in an area where one or more of the real estate niche opportunities presented here will work for you, it's worth your time to investigate the niche and its opportunities.
