You'd be even more likely to click on the listing if the text around the bolding was also relevant, such as "How to profit from blogs for real estate marketing. Your future real estate seller or buyer client is no different. Creating your "web bites" - When you select or write content for your website, post to your blog, comment on the blogs of others, or answer consumer questions on a social networking site, your statements will appear in search results with these "web bites" in the text.

If you watch your site statistics or use Google Analytics, you can see the phrases people are using that bring them to your site. Expand on the popular ones. Use them in all of your Internet writing, whether commenting or answering questions. If you find a popular phrase, write a blog post specifically targeting that phrase for SEO.

Comment on other blogs, answer consumer questions on social sites, and be active on the Internet about your local real estate market. You'll be impressed with the future visits your site will receive because your "web bites" turned up in search results all over the Web.
