With technology and the Internet, the world is shrinking. Buyers and sellers of real estate in all countries must interact, and you are at a disadvantage if your website or blog does not have a translated version available for foreign site visitors.
Google has a language translation utility, but it does require the site visitor to choose the web page, and then choose their language to have the page translated and reloaded. However, from that point on, their travels through your site will arrive at translated pages.
There is a "plugin" or widget that you may be able to have incorporated into yoru website to provide country flags and take the visitor with one click to the Google Translated version. It definitely works quite well in WordPress blogs up through version 2.6. It places a row of flags into the sidebar. The visitor need only click on their flag to get the website translation version.
The need for website translation will continue to grow in importance. You must find a way to place an easy solution prominently visible on your site for visitors to view it in their language.
