Real estate website lead generation isn't rocket science, but it does elude many real estate professionals. I find that they are unhappy with the number and quality of leads generated by their websites, especially when they look at statistics that show they're getting a steady flow of visitors.

Whether you're getting your visitors from good SEO practices, other marketing, or PPC, Pay Per Click advertising, that's only the beginning of the process you must employ in order to get a visitor, or suspect, to give you their contact information to become a prospect, and then to move them through to a transaction.

What they find when they get to your site will determine whether they immediately leave, check out only the page where they arrived, or stay a while and move around in your site. It will also determine in large part whether they return or not. It's "content," the material and information you're providing.

In this article I'll talk about content, and how to have what the visitor wants to find where they expect to find it. It's critical to the success of your website in generating quality leads, and will make a huge difference in your website's performance.
