Real Estate Newsletters - A Better Way Through Blogging
It's Automated, Always Fresh and Suited to the New Contact Base

By James Kimmons, About.com

If you're blogging in your local real estate market, you're posting fresh and interesting content on a regular basis, and possibly even getting help from interesting guest authors.

There are still many out there who don't understand RSS news feeds and will not subscribe to your blog that way. You can set up email feed subscriptions, but they may not want the many emails that a successful blog might generate weekly.

There are services out there, many basically free like Feedblitz.com, that will aggregate your blog posts into a good looking single email real estate newsletter on a regular basis. Your subscribers can be offered a weekly or every other week email subscription of the current blog posts. Even the more useful paid level is very inexpensive, based on the number of subscribers in your list.

Your time isn't spent trying to think up some new content for a newsletter on a quarterly or monthly basis. Or you're not purchasing content that is semi-customized, but still too generic and not focused on your local market.
