Remember that the heading section on our blog site is still displaying what you see in the first two fields on this page. Here is where we change these items, as indicated by the red arrows. You decide how you want to name your blog as a title, and your tagline beneath it. Remember that every page will display it at the top. The good news is that you can change it if you don't like it later.
The rest of the settings on this page will be OK for now. Generally, WordPress default settings are best left alone unless you fully understand their function and need to change it.
