The Add Post Footer Plugin allows you to create a footer that will automatically place at the bottom of every post you write. I use it to provide two links. One is to subscribe with an RSS feed for their reader, and the other is to subscribe via email to my monthly newsletter that is automatically created by Feedblitz from my recent posts.
These pages for the plugins are just to show you where you'll be going to get the download of the plugin. You would download it and then we'll upload them all with FTP to our Plugins folder on the site server.
