Go to the mall, take a Flip Video Camera movie, or use one already on YouTube that allows you to get the embed code. Write a post about the mall, anything you want to say. Talk about the stores, or anything a visitor might want to know if they haven't been there before. Maybe you can get the mall to give you some literature that isn't on the web for some unique text for the search engines.
