This is another area into which you shouldn't wander at this stage. You can change the background header image and color here, but it will rarely be necessary anyway. When you select a theme, it will be designed for a look and feel throughout the site, and will coordinate all the pages in design. It is unlikely that you'll want to change it, as your theme will have been carefully selected for its design elements.
