Chris is a real estate investor and is the founder of EquityScout.com, an online reference for investors and professionals that offers subscription-based real estate evaluation software. Chris has published articles on investing and markets that have appeared in Corporate Finance Magazine, Euromoney, and the Business Journal Network.

As an investor Chris focuses on cashflow-generating buy-and-hold properties. Prior to turning to real estate Chris worked in finance in New York City and London. He started his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, serving tours of duty in the Republic of South Korea and Hawaii.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Cambridge University in England.
