Here's the PDF summary for the full 2012 FHFA Performance & Accountability Report. Is it just me, or is there never a negative in any of these government reports. All of their bullet points tell us how great they've performed. I'm sure I'm just missing the great housing recovery, or maybe there wasn't even a crash...probably just me.
