First, thanks to Twitter and Tim OKeefe for this post. I have Twitter searches on real estate keywords in HootSuite, and a tweet from Tim showed up this morning about an article on real estate niche marketing. And, I'm following you now Tim.

If you've developed a real estate niche marketing strategy, or you're thinking of doing so, this is a great real estate niche marketing article. This article will help you to define your niche, and gives you the right questions to ask yourself before you invest in developing the niche strategy.

As a broker in a mountain vacation/resort area with land and rural areas around it, and seasonal visitors, I saw several niches in the article that overlap. Now I need to figure out how to tie them together into a single niche..."multi-niche?"

niche markets for real estate seems like an old school style of business, but becoming an expert in one particular area has become a lot easier lately since people are so willing to share personal info online on facebook and twitter.

A great tool for anyone interested in niche markets is a facebook app called ‘neighborhoods’ check it out sometime and find people right next door.

Real estate niche is very difficult especially most of the companies are very big and willing to spend much money for competition.
