Real Estate Brokers Can't Shine Lawyers' Shoes

Well, it's that time of year again, when The Harris Poll puts out their list of professions and their levels of prestige with the consumer.  Here's the report in PDF format.  But, the highlights are quick, and tough on the ego.  In the "Very Great Prestige" column:

• Lawyers are 13 positions down from the top at 26%
• Real estate brokers are 10 positions beneath lawyers, and rock bottom on the list at 5%
• 30% responded that real estate brokers enjoy "Hardly Any Prestige At All," while only 19% of lawyers hit that column

We should at least be funnier, as we don't have nearly as many jokes floating around.
