Yesterday's post was about a 40 office Colorado brokerage that has cut their print advertising dramatically. Well, another article I found discusses the reason many Realtors still run print ads. Of course many tell us that their seller clients expect and/or demand print advertising of their listings.
I like the risk-taker, and hope I can follow the results of the real estate professional mentioned in the article. He's offering his sellers a $250 rebate of commission at closing if they never require that he run their listing in a print ad. What a concept!
