This is a fun video, but it's also very informative about the new world in which we market ourselves and our services. Whether it's Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, or anywhere else, the power of advocates for your brand is clear in this video.
There's also a subtle warning here I think, related to search engines. I'm not going to give up on Google, and working for higher free search position for my key real estate phrases. However, more searches are being done every day on Twitter to locate comments about brands, which means comments about you at some point.
