REALTOR® Magazine-Daily News-25% of Sellers Reduce Asking Price gives us some data from Trulia.com about price reductions in major cities.

I was surprised at a couple of Texas cities in the top 10, Dallas and Austin. We're talking 30+% price drops in these cities. Somehow that doesn't jibe with some of the press out there that has placed Texas a lot better off than Florida and Arizona.
