There are plenty of great mortgage calculator scripts to place on your website or blog. But, I got an email about one that takes a different approach, Downloadable Excel Spreadsheet Loan Amortization Schedule.
You might just want to bookmark the link and provide this handy spreadsheet amortization to your clients as an added service at closing. But, if you want to place it on your blog or website, the code is there at the link. I found it easy to change the width of the input boxes to accommodate my blog's sidebar.
