Have you jumped onto the Twitter micro-blogging bandwagon yet? Or, are you far enough back that you aren't even blogging? Believe it or not, there's a free tool that can help you to start micro-blogging, even if you don't have a blog or intend to anytime soon. In fact, it just might be the perfect answer for those who just can't get into the blogging idea at all.

A free online service at TweetCube.com allows you to upload a document in PDF or other formats to your Twitter account with a Tweet and a short link. At the link I tell you how I use it to micro-blog and get community, government and real estate market news to my Twitter followers.
