Where are you spending your marketing dollars? One reason for current profit problems in the traditional media is what I'll call IML, Internet Marketing Leverage. I don't have a number for it, but your marketing dollar will go farther on the Web than in any of the traditional media. This means that it's not an either-or decision. You can continue other marketing methods, but just allocate more resources for your Web presence than you have been.
