"Who's The Idiot Who Priced This Home?"

No, I didn't say it, and I'm not sure if anyone did. But, there is a great article at the Wall Street Journal site about housing blogs and negative comments on listings. Like this comment; "This is what happens when you are filthy rich. No one tells you, you have bad taste." Would your $1+ million dollar home seller like to see this?

I talk about this among other arguments against listings on your blog. It is something to consider if you want to blog about your listings. People, especially if allowed to comment anonymously, are getting more comfortable with "online listing bashing."
