Take An Open House or Else!

"You're getting an open house whether you want it or not!" I want to spend a week getting ready, making sure your home is presentable, place ads in the paper and online, and sit for hours chatting with every neighbor and curious passerby. After all, I'm going to get a really long list of very valuable short term buyers.

Hey, I didn't say it, this video does. And it says a lot more. The title is "How to See Through Real Estate Broker Tricks." For credibility in most cases, this video gets a minus ten score, but you should watch it to see what is being thrown out there about us. Production value is good. It's just the information that's a problem. Oh, and the first couple of pages of comments are interesting as well. After that they go downhill fast.
