Update of Case-Shiller and OFHEO Home Price Index Charts

If you're following the two home price indexes, I've updated the charts for 3 month and 13 month index numbers. You can also see longer term home price index charts, as well as the Radar Logic Index here.

It's not really a revelation to anyone that both indexes are still falling nationally. There have been few areas that show improvement, and chart-watchers don't seem to be predicting the bottom yet. There is spotty positive news out there, but there seems to be a large pool of buyers just waiting for whatever indicator they watch or guru they follow to tell them it's over.
