That's it...the entire public remarks section of this MLS home listing. The state requires the Owner/Broker disclosure. It seems the broker doesn't think anything else about the home is worthy of note.
Future blog posts here will highlight actual text entered into MLS listings by the listing agent and showing up in the public remarks section of the IDX display of the listing.
