When you hear a real estate broker or agent yelling at their computer, or upset over the Internet and its ever-changing challenges to the old ways of practicing real estate, just smile and use it to your advantage. The speed at which free solutions are making paid services obsolete is amazing. There are some fine paid services out there to get your listing marketed with video, however, the world of free solutions is moving quickly.

We've looked at Windows Movie Maker and YouTube as video production and marketing tools. Now YouTube is taking it to the next level with mobile video. Soon, a drive-by buyer will be able to sit in front of a home and take a video virtual tour on their cell phone. Just show them the link to your YouTube video on a sign. And now they have your YouTube channel in front of them to check out your other listing videos.
