I'm introducing a new blog post series about technology for real estate agents and offices. This is the first post in the "Tech Notes" series. There are so many free and low cost tools available for your real estate practice, and many challenge our reliance on installed software. However, there is great software out there too. Watch for Tech Notes posts, as each will introduce a more detailed article or review of a technology product or service that will help you to market yourself, your listings, or to better serve your clients.
This first post refers to my review and use of Voxci.com. Voxci is a free online service that allows you to create a marketing channel with your voice messages over web pages. For real estate professionals, uses include:
- Talking about your listing while the visitor is viewing it on your site.
- Commenting on area information sites while displaying one of their pages.
- Doing verbal reviews of businesses, restaurants, etc. in your area.
- Putting a more personal spin on web content.
Give this online service a serious look, as you can do your voice-overs with a phone, so no special equipment is necessary. Think about the ways that you can bring your personality to your site visitors with commentary on web sites.
