The St. Joseph Experiment - Did it Work?

Back in August, I posted about my own St. Joseph experiment. Well, the home is under contract as of last night. That's 56 days from the burial to the deal.

You make your own judgment, but after more than a year of trying, I'm pretty glad I tried this experiment. Of course, it probably would have happened anyway...right?
