Free Email AND a Professional Image

Many thanks to Loren Nason for his post on using Google's Gmail for your real estate business. The key word here is "Professional", as many have written about the poor image and pitfalls of using Hotmail, Yahoo and other free email services for your business.

With the ability to send email from Gmail with your domain name email address in the "From" field (yourname@yourdomain.com), your prospect or client is exposed to your professional business presence, rather than a free service domain name. You can also have Gmail check your other POP email addresses and leave a copy there for your Outlook to pick up. This is handy if you're traveling without your computer.
