Broker Yearning to Relocate & a Yen for the Outdoors?

Tuesday May 29, 2007
We don't want to become a job advertisement site, though our forum will work fine for that. However, this came from an interesting phone call, and it's not often, I think, that this type of position is advertised. So, if you've got a yen for the outdoors, would like to live in Alaska, and can meet the requirements for their broker license, here's the info from their flyer:

Our client is a rapidly expanding Full Service Real Estate Brokerage Firm based in a strategic city in Alaska. They currently seek a high energy and competitive individual to oversee the operations and business development of the firm. Responsibilities will include management of staff, lead in negotiation of contracts, and motivating an existing group of approximately 100 agents to achieve maximum potential while recruiting new talent. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 – 10 Years Experience
  • Broker’s License
  • Superior Management Skills with Attention to Detail
  • An Assertive and Competitive Spirit
  • A Strong Desire to Experience the Adventure of the Alaskan Lifestyle
  • Send them an email at Alaska Broker
