Broker Training of Agents - How Can We Help?

One of the criteria that agents use to select a broker is training. Granted, they're usually only thinking about marketing training, but the nuts & bolts stuff is also important to most of them once it's brought to their attention.

It's a fact that many brokers would love to do more training of their agents in all aspects of the business, but time and budget constraints hamper their efforts. One of the primary goals of this site is the education of real estate agents and brokers in the business of real estate. Though just begun last November, there are hundreds of instructional articles already in place, and we've begun our Newsletter Courses to structure the huge amount of material for easy absorption by your busy agents. The newest course, just posted today, is on the basics of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement.

After all, free online interactive tutorials can be set up as permanent links on your intranet, company blog or web site so all new agents can get right into training when they come on board.
