Bank of America has announced "No Fee Mortgage Plus" nationally. This mortgage program eliminates most of the customary fees, and can save thousands of dollars on a typical home mortgage.
It's not available to subprime customers, but you might want to look into it for your clients who can qualify.
Yeah that one does look good. Specially for someone struggling with closing costs.
