Helping Your Client to Find the Best Mortgage Deal

As agents and brokers, we all have our list of lenders and mortgage brokers, some of which we consider better and even our "favorites". Transaction quality and cost to our clients should be our top ranking factors in helping clients with mortgages. I know that I'm seeing more of my vacation home buyers bringing their national lenders to the transaction. That's possibly because of some of the aggressive marketing campaigns by large banks like Bank of America and other national presence lenders. The slowing market is bringing out bargains.
