Happy Faces for Coastal REALTORS®

Living in the high desert area of New Mexico, it looks like I might have to work a little harder in the future. And some real estate agents and brokers in the midwest might have to deal with declining populations over time.

But if you're a real estate professional close to the coasts, put on a happy face. If projected population growth is as stated in the REALTOR® Magazine Online, those areas of the country are going to gain a lot more residents.
